Richborough is proposing a development of around 300 new homes near Kixley Lane in Knowle. They are seeking the views of the local community and encouraging as many residents as possible to take part. The consultation will remain open until 8 February, giving people time to review the proposals and share their feedback. A public webinar will also take place on 21 January at 6pm, offering an opportunity to hear directly from the project team and ask questions about the plans.
