First Planning Application – KN2 – Arden Triangle – Planning Committee 5th February 2025!
The first planning application on the KN2 Arden Triangle site is due to be determined by Solihull Council Planning Committee on Wednesday 5th February commencing at 6.00pm. This is a hybrid application for the construction of an integrated retirement community of up to 170 extra care units at Stripes Hill House, Warwick Road, Knowle.

As a matter of record, the Forum disputes the conclusions of the report on both the need for extra care accommodation in KDBH and also on Green Belt matters and has submitted a further representation to the Council Planning Team:
